nice big room, good curtains, reasonably priced
The lobby, reception area, and lift need serious upgrades!!! The corridors could definitely use more attention to cleanliness, and the noise from outside was quite bothersome at night!!! A little effort could go a long way!!!

honestly, the reception area was quite dowdy, and the lift could’ve been cleaner. I mean, it's an absolute pity because the rooms aren’t bad. i thought I’d at least receive a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience, but I guess that’s too much to ask. I almost wrote a glowing review but just couldn’t.

The breakfast lounge was a relaxing space with
a fantastic variety of options to start the day. The rooms were clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly, though I encountered some noise from the street, which made it hard to sleep at times.

The staff provided attentive service throughout our stay, making us feel welcomed. However, the room faced noise from the street, impacting our sleep quality. Additionally, the cleanliness in some areas, like the corridors, could be improved. The location is convenient for accessing nearby meetings but could benefit from better dining options.

Couple looking for a cozy getaway
The room was very comfortable, big enough for us to relax. Breakfast was nice too, but seriously, the bread situation needs work, just like the whole country. And it was cool to get a stamp for our parking, saved us some cash.
It wasn't the cheapest option I’ve seen, but still acceptable for the night.

Packed with surprises – Good and Bad
The bedding was super comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly, creating a joyful atmosphere. Cleanliness was also a standout, making our stay pleasant!
Yet, traffic noise kept us awake, especially during peak hours. The food at the restaurant was below average, which was disappointing.

The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring all our needs were met from the moment we checked in.
However, the corridors were in need of a thorough cleaning, which detracted from the overall first impression of the hotel.

Had a great time with friends! The location was super convenient for exploring nearby attractions. We visited the Natural Park Los Nevados and relaxed at the thermal springs. Staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed, which really made our stay enjoyable.
Be prepared for noise from the street, especially if you're in a front room—we found it challenging to sleep due to the traffic noise.

It was just a prime choice for a relaxing holiday in Manizales with a good price-value balance. The staff attention from check-in was great, making us feel welcomed instantly. Avoid the front rooms if you’re sensitive to traffic noise.

The staff was super friendly and made our stay enjoyable. We visited the Natural Park Los Nevados and checked out the thermal springs—both were amazing. The location is central, making it easy to explore. Just a heads up, the rooms are a bit old but cozy enough for a fun group trip.
We faced some noise issues from the traffic outside our front room, which made it tough to get a good night's sleep.
